Call to order

Mayor Wiley called the meeting to order at 6:45 P.M. Present were Council Members K. Zeransky, L. Paardekooper, S. Roberts; Attorney Updegraff; Attorney Schlagel; and Clerk K. Paardekooper. Council Member T. Meyers was absent.

L. Paardekooper motioned to approve the posted agenda. K. Zeransky seconded. K. Zeransky, L. Paardekooper, S. Roberts, V. Stonehocker; Aye. T. Meyers absent. Motion carried.

Closed session

L. Paardekooper motioned to enter closed session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.5 (1)(c) to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent where its disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position of the governmental body in that litigation.
